* Nightly Fees are the per night charges normally charged by the campground to retail guests for use of the Rental Unit itself. Campground-specific services and amenities are not included in the definition of Nightly Fees. Nightly Fees do not include fees and charges for incidental benefits and services at the campgrounds, including but not limited to pet fees, linen fees, coin operated washers and dryers, coin-operated vending machines, coin-operated game machines, trailer storage, firewood, use of some sports equipment, horse and canoe rentals, and other services that we make available from time to time. Fees for such incidental benefits and services are set by us and are subject to change. In other words, while you do not pay Nightly Fees (the per night charge normally charged for use of the Rental Unit itself) when using the Cabin Pass, you do pay for incidentals, services, and the like that are available at the campground, including but not limited to those listed in this paragraph. The Cabin Pass may only be used, and you may only stay in a Rental Unit without paying Nightly Fees, where you are current on all Cabin Pass membership dues.
The Cabin Pass includes use of the Trails Collection Reciprocal Program for Cabin Pass Members complementary for one year. Taxes not included. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Usage is subject to length of stay restrictions. (“Encore”) that allows participating Thousand Trails members to use rental units, campsites and other facilities at the RV resorts affiliated with the program. Encore is an independent company and does not own any of the resorts affiliated with the program. Encore provides access to these resorts through agreement(s) between Encore and the owners of the resorts.
