If you need to modify or cancel your RV resort or campground reservation, you can do so in the following ways:

- Call our customer contact center at (888) 237-3211. Due to increased call volume related to the storm, wait times may be longer than usual.
- Thousand Trails members can log in to their accounts at ThousandTrails.com to update a reservation.
